Elvira Gutiérrez Carrete is a poet and writer who weaves words with life itself. She holds a degree in Spanish Literature, two Master’s degrees in Education and Journalism, and is a Certified Surgical Technologist. Currently a Nursing student at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), she writes of love, death, and time, guided by her devotion to nature and her calling to awaken the eternal in her readers.
