between a home and
a world that misses me
too. my legs shackled
by weeds growing from
the cracks beneath the
doorway. in my dreams
my legs run on water
they kick back harder
and never let themselves
wrap around the waist
of a wrongful lover.

Megan actualmente estudia su último año en la Universidad de Texas en El Paso, donde espera graduarse en el otoño de 2023, con un bachillerato en Psicología con especialización en Escritura Creativa.
